These words have stood since 17 August 2026.
Two addresses reach a person at StorePrism. There is no form on this page on purpose: we have no system that pages somebody about a stored message, and a channel that looks more responsive than it is would be worse than an address that works.
Where to write
- [email protected]
- Everything else — a billing dispute, a correction to an estimate about your store, or a request to see or erase the data we hold about your account.
- [email protected]
- How our crawler behaves, blocking it, and having a store removed from this site. It is the address in the User-Agent of every request we make.
You do not need an account to write to either, and you do not need to be a customer.
If a figure about your store is wrong
Write to [email protected] and tell us what is wrong with it. We check it against the readings the figure was worked out from, and then we write back with what we found. If we changed something we say what we changed; if we changed nothing we say so, and why — a correction channel that only answers when it agrees with you is a suggestion box.
We do not need you to prove anything to have a figure re-checked. We do need it before we remove a store, and the check is below.
If what you want is for us to stop reading the store at all, that is one line of robots.txt and it needs no email: what our crawler does has the exact line and says how soon it takes effect.
Having a store removed, or asking what we hold about you
Three requests come to that address and all three are answered within 30 days of the check below passing: a copy of what we hold about your account, erasure of it, and removal of a store from this site.
We establish that the request is yours to make first, and we do it every time. This mailbox is public and anybody can write to it claiming to be anybody, so acting on a request without that step would turn it into a way of reaching somebody else's data rather than your own.
- For an account
- Reply from the address on the account. If you are writing from a different one, we send a one-time code to the address we hold and act only once you send it back — that shows you can read that mailbox, rather than only describe the account.
- For a store
- Reply from an address at the store's own domain, or put a short code we give you somewhere on the store only its owner could put it.
A removal is permanent and it stays a removal: the store stops being published, the readings behind it are deleted, and the next time anybody looks that domain up on one of our tools we do not start again. Privacy says what is kept and what is erased in each case.
Billing
LemonSqueezy is the merchant of record for every purchase on this site — they take the payment and their receipt is the one in your inbox. Your subscription, your payment method, your invoices and a cancellation are all in their customer portal, which your billing page opens for you.
Anything the portal cannot settle — a charge you do not recognise, a refund, a plan that is not what you bought — goes to [email protected]. Terms says what happens to access and to credits when money moves back.
If our crawler is the problem
[email protected] is the address in the User-Agent of every request we make, and it is the right one if we are reading something we should not be, asking too often, or you want us to start reading a store again after a block. What our crawler does answers most of it without an email.
What we cannot offer
We have not published an incorporated entity or a postal address, because we do not have one to name and printing a plausible one would be worse than saying this. There is no telephone number and no live chat. What there is is two addresses a person reads, and a 30-day window we hold ourselves to.
